I cannot read the purchased ebooks because ADE writes me that I have exceeded the number of accesses. unfortunately, the old pc where it was installed has been scrapped. There is no direct contact where you can ask for ID reset, you cannot see the devices using ADE to remove those that are no longer existing. Purchased books are no longer readable.

Unfortunately, it appears that there is no way to reset the ID and access the purchased ebooks in Adobe Digital Editions.
I already have the Gobi e-reader, but it is not being picked up in the Adobe Digital Editions, therefore I cannot copy books over from the library. How can I re-install/reconnect to my PC?

You are trying to connect two applications that are working differently. The Gobi E-reader works by opening various e-books, while the Adobe Digital Editions uses an account and digital DRM to open the files. Even if you've had the possibility to open the files, they will be encrypted and the Gobi E-reader will not have the possibility to read them.
Adobe Digital Editions also stores the books in My Documents in a folder with the same name: Adobe Digital Editions. You can try transferring them to Gobi Ereader.
I can't read a book with my Kobo Aura. I bought a book with my computer and I have transferred it to my Kobo. With my computer, I can see the book in my Kobo, but when I look in my Kobo, I have a message saying that the library in my Kobo is empty. This problem occurred when another person transferred a book in my Kobo by using another computer. What can I do to solve this problem?

Firstly, you need to know that your Kobo Aura supports only EPUB, PDF, and MOBI eBooks, TXT, HTML, XHTML, and RTF text files and CBZ and CBR Comic Books. I recommend you check the file format of your book by right-clicking its icon and opening the General tab. If the file should be supported by the device, I recommend you upgrade Adobe Digital Editions to the latest version and transfer again the book. If this doesn't help, try resetting the device using the instructions that you can find in its manual. Also, you can contact the manufacturer and ask for the resetting steps.
